Responsibilities

Responsible for the process development, research, communication and analysis required for accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting for Temple University Health System (TUHS)

Develops the monthly accounting, financial statements, management reporting, and annual budget for Temple University Health System (Parent) and Temple Center for Population Health (TCPH)

Prepares or reviews elimination entries required for consolidation

Prepares monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting for the Health System

Oversees the accounting and analysis for all external bond debt and related intercompany loans

Prepares the accounting and analysis for core benefits, pension, and postretirement obligations for TUHS members

This position interacts with department heads, senior and operations management and accounting & management personnel within TUHS, Temple University (TU) and Temple University Medical School (TUMS)
