Responsibilities
Daily interaction with customers to clarify product requirements and prepare quotations on a timely basis
Answer detailed questions on our product and how to use it effectively. Technical assistance to support manufactured product recommendations to the customer
Recommend the right product and perform critical review of customer requests for alignment of product offering, with emphasis on managing the risk of proposed solution
Daily entry of Sales Orders in response to the supply of Purchase Orders supplied by customers
Assisting current customers and onboarding new customers to provide quotations and supporting sales documents on a timely basis
Work with potential customers by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information
Provide daily support to Outside Sales team regarding customer requirements
Coordination with the Engineering, Quality Control and Shipping departments regarding supply of parts to customers
Processing of orders in the ERP System
Support Nexthermal’s growing distribution network, as well as our outside sales team
Communication with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Shipping departments as required to support our customers
Research of target markets as needed to increase Nexthermal’s reach and product design capabilities
Qualification
Required
Good technical aptitude (Math, ability to read product drawings and understanding of dimensional tolerances)
The ability to effectively multi-task and handle shifting priorities
Familiarity with manufacturing environment
Excitement towards problem solving within various customers on product design challenges
Strong customer focus/strong internal drive to meet goals
Successful completion or active registration in an Industrial Occupational Associate Degree or Certificate program
