Responsibilities

Serve as the marketing product owner for digital ecosystems, including web pages, landing pages, email, and SMS campaigns
Support multiple brands with distinct marketing objectives and consumer needs, flexing from strategic planning to detailed execution
Craft creative briefs, marketing requirements, and oversee the customer experience end-to-end—from planning through post-launch analytics
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in a highly matrixed organization
Build and execute customer experience roadmaps that integrate content strategy and channel strategy, activating campaigns flawlessly
Lead alignment across stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and analytics, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly
Establish a repeatable, scalable marketing infrastructure adaptable to business priorities and marketing behaviors

Required

4-year college degree (preferably in Marketing)
10+ years of experience in marketing or product ownership

Demonstrated ability to unify stakeholders, drive marketing intent, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Strategic and evidence-based marketing creation, with flawless execution
Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment across multiple disciplines
Ability to design scalable, repeatable marketing processes and infrastructure
