Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and recruit top talent for various sales and marketing roles within the company
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms, and industry events
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes

Required

Proven experience in business recruiting or business sourcing in tech-focused environments
Strong understanding of data science, software engineering, and machine learning concepts
Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Preferred

Experience working at a startup
Experience sourcing candidates for go-to-market teams
Understanding of Machine Learning Ops/Infrastructure
