End User Support Technician
MSR Technology Group is seeking an End User Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing service tickets, and supporting new hires while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide timely resolutions
Manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and quick turnaround
Support new hire setups, office moves, and AV equipment troubleshooting
Maintain device inventory and ensure proper assignment tracking
Collaborate with IT teams for complex issue resolution
Assist with software installations and licensing compliance
Contribute to knowledge base updates and participate in problem/change management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and imaging tools
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills
