Responsibilities
Design, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale generative AI models (LLMs) and machine learning systems using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data processing, model training, evaluation, MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning), and production deployment
Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI features that solve complex problems and deliver measurable business value
Optimize models for performance, cost, latency, and scalability — from prototyping to serving millions of inferences
Experiment with the latest advancements in multimodal AI, RAG, AI agents, and foundation model customization
Mentor team members and contribute to our AI best practices and architecture decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow)
Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation), generative AI, and tools like Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
Solid understanding of MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI / Azure ML)
Proven track record deploying models to production and handling real-time inference at scale
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with computer vision, NLP, multimodal models, agentic AI systems, or big data tools (Spark, Snowflake)
