Responsibilities
Develop and optimize new product formulations and manufacturing processes
Conduct laboratory testing, evaluations, and iterative batching to support product development
Perform stability studies to ensure formulation robustness and product quality
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation throughout the development process
Analyze experimental data and communicate findings clearly to team members
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and timelines
Apply strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ensure adherence to established procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of hands-on formulation experience required
Experience in product development, laboratory testing, and formulation optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
