Likewize is searching for an Associate Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse by performing or arranging preventative maintenance and coordinating vendor service calls.

Responsibilities

Perform and/or arrange scheduled preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, racking, and building systems (conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, HVAC, lighting, etc.)

Coordinate vendor services and manage maintenance contracts for equipment such as compressors, forklifts, HVAC, First Aid, etc

Assist with installation, relocation, or modification of racking, shelving, office furniture and other equipment during layout changes or operational moves

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor work orders

Troubleshoot minor facility issues (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) and escalate as needed

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards

Support warehouse management in facility improvement projects

Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools as needed
