Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals, particularly in preparation for an IPO

Drive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations

Coordinate and oversee external audits and regulatory inspections

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational needs

Monitor cash flow projections, analyze cash flow trends, and implement cash management strategies

Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and overheads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements

Implement cost control measures and monitor adherence to budgetary targets

Evaluate, enhance, and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data

Streamline financial workflows and automate routine tasks to improve productivity and effectiveness
