GTM Director
Fortis Executive Search is partnering with a high-velocity AI company that’s redefining fraud prevention in the age of AI. They are seeking a GTM Director to own revenue for specific verticals, build and execute GTM strategies, and generate pipeline through various methods.
Responsibilities
Build and execute a vertical GTM strategy from scratch (market mapping, ICPs, competitive positioning)
Generate pipeline via outbound, campaigns, content, and events — no hand-holding
Run full-cycle deals from first conversation to signed contract
Direct marketing resources to penetrate and dominate your vertical
Be the face of the business at industry events and feed customer insight back into product
Qualification
Required
3–5 years experience in GTM, sales, or revenue leadership roles
Proven ability to build pipeline and close in complex B2B environments
Strategic thinker who can also execute at speed
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
Based in Austin or willing to be onsite 5 days a week
