Responsibilities

Support in placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries

Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Help maintain and update purchasing records using tools like Excel and ERP systems

Collaborate in managing inventory levels and restocking schedules

Assist in resolving supplier inquiries and discrepancies

Support the preparation of procurement reports and analyses

Participate in maintaining and organizing purchasing documentation

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards

Issue purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required items

Compare and analyze supplier quotes to achieve optimal pricing and quality

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent and reliable delivery of goods

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to prevent operational downtime

Work with the warehouse team to ensure the accuracy of inventory records

Expedite orders and resolve delivery or shipment discrepancies

Support buyers in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Required

Active student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision

Availability to work part-time during school hours

Preferred

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
