Responsibilities

Assemble, fabricate, and install honeycomb, adhesive bonded, and composite assemblies following blueprints and engineering orders

Layup composite materials, apply parting agents, perform bagging and vacuum blanketing, and prepare components for cleaning, masking, and coating

Operate drying ovens, mix sealants and adhesives, to create aircraft components. Manage material storages and replenish empty spaces

Utilize specialized machine attachments, overhead cranes, and computer-based data systems

Ensure accurate documentation, possibly participate in voluntary Kaizen events, and maintain good shop practices

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

Maintain a clean and safe work area
