Responsibilities

Drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Etac’s Patient Handling solutions to achieve sales and growth objectives across a multi-state region
Build and nurture strong relationships with Home Access dealers, therapists, VA facilities, clinical decision-makers, and key referral sources
Expand business within existing accounts while proactively identifying and developing new customer opportunities
Deliver product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and consultative solutions that position Etac as a trusted clinical partner
Represent Etac at regional and national conferences, trade shows, and customer events; deliver compelling presentations to both clinical and executive audiences
Partner closely with Channel Managers and utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and document customer interactions
Maintain strong understanding of competitive products, market dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and industry trends
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, marketing, finance, AR, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience
Develop and execute annual territory business plans aligned with Etac’s strategic objectives
Contribute to a high-performance sales culture by sharing best practices and supporting team-wide initiatives

Required

Candidates must reside within the territory
Demonstrated success managing a multi-state or high-travel territory with consistent achievement of quota
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze revenue trends, margins, funnel activity, and year-over-year growth
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present confidently and craft polished, persuasive written communication
Highly organized, disciplined territory manager with strong CRM and business-planning skills
Consultative sales approach with the ability to influence clinical and executive stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments and embraces accountability
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Preferred

Experience selling Patient Handling equipment—or related medical capital equipment—into Home Care, Post-Acute, or Government/VA channels strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
