Responsibilities

Provide technical & functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules
Develop and support customizations, reports, and integrations
Partner with business users on requirements and design documentation
Support R12.2 upgrade, testing, and change management (SOX where applicable)

Required

Bachelor's degree or 15+ years equivalent experience
5+ years Oracle EBS HCM: Core HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, Absence, Workflow
3+ years Oracle Learning Management (OLM) & Compensation Workbench (CWB)
5+ years Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, OAB)
3+ years OTL time entry rules
5+ years Oracle Dev Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, SQL Loader
Hands-on with Toad, SQL•Plus, UNIX
Oracle EBS R12.2 experience required

Preferred

Oracle Payroll year-end / W-2
Oracle RDBMS 19c (Linux)
Git / Azure DevOps, FlexDeploy
