Required

8+ years of professional Android development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin
Strong experience using Jetpack Compose
Experience building consumer-facing Android apps used at scale (millions of users)
Ability to design and build Android features end-to-end
Solid understanding of modern Android architecture: MVVM, Clean Architecture
Experience working on core app features such as: Authentication, User profile management, Loyalty or rewards-related functionality
Ability to work cross-functionally with: Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA teams
Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly
Able to articulate projects, features, and tools effectively
Actively engages with the team on a daily basis
Works well with people from diverse backgrounds
Team-oriented and adaptable
Diplomatic when sharing ideas and feedback
Comfortable resolving internal conflicts
Strong at giving and receiving feedback
