RWDY Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer II to support capital and early-phase project execution. The role involves performing engineering evaluations, coordinating contractor activities, and ensuring project scope delivery within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluations, and contractor selection

Support identification and sourcing of long-lead equipment, ensuring FEED contractor alignment through equipment assignment

Coordinate development of EMCAPS (ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System) Gate 3 deliverables

Coordinate development and execution of the Functional Interaction Plan

Support project issue resolution and change management processes

Coordinate change requests and endorse change authorizations

Ensure assigned work scope is completed in alignment with project objectives, specifications, and standards

Engage project team members and functional resources to verify design and construction compliance

Serve as the primary interface between the Project Team and Contractors

Support smooth transitions between project phases

Assist in leading the Project Management Team (PMT) in applying project management systems and best practices
