Responsibilities

Assists with Various reports: inventory counts, adjustments, damaged products
Maintain parts system accuracy by monitoring on‑hand quantities and ensuring all purchase orders are completed, received correctly, and documented
Manage all parts orders and POs, including receipt documentation and timely submission to Accounts Payable
Oversee parts inventory levels, replenish stock, order components, and apply mechanical knowledge to identify parts accurately
Inspect incoming stock to verify compliance with specifications and purchase order requirements
Store materials properly in bins, shelves, or designated floor areas based on style, size, or material type
Enter new PM tasks into iMaint, including daily/weekly/monthly schedules, and create filing binders when needed
Coordinate shipments for returns, repairs, and vendor exchanges
Conduct periodic, special, and perpetual inventories to maintain accurate stock levels
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using both computerized and manual systems
Notify the maintenance manager of inventory needs, shortages, or critical stock requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts crib in alignment with 5S standards
