Responsibilities
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, Athena, and EMR
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation on large datasets
Build end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS-native tools
Design and maintain scalable data architectures using S3, Redshift, DynamoDB
Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and automation
Collaborate with data engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders
Optimize model performance and cloud costs
Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and insights
Create dashboards and reports using QuickSight or other BI tools
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices on AWS
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
Expertise in Python, SQL, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
Experience with AWS SageMaker, including training and deployment
Knowledge of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and deep learning concepts
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, PySpark)
Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Git, Docker, and REST APIs
