Keep accurate records of customer interactions and escalations
Meet team goals and individual performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)
Call center experience required – you know the pace and the pressure
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and multiple systems
Adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven
