Responsibilities
Independently manage a transactional caseload, including probate, estate planning, and real estate matters
Work closely with firm leadership to transition repeat and long-standing clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical and responsive legal guidance
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
Maintain and grow client relationships through high-quality service and follow-up
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff as needed to support client matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of transactional legal experience
Strong background in probate, estate planning, and/or real estate law
Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Existing book of business is a plus, though not required
Transferable or related client experience strongly preferred
