Responsibilities
Process and support payroll activities in Workday
Review payroll results for accuracy and completeness
Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis
Build, run, and support payroll-related integrations and file feeds
Validate payroll data between Workday and external systems
Analyze payroll data using Excel to identify and resolve discrepancies
Support payroll issue resolution and ongoing payroll operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in payroll processing
Experience working as a Payroll Specialist or Senior Payroll Analyst
Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
Experience building or supporting payroll integrations
Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
