HubSpot Strategist

As a HubSpot Strategist, you will own the strategy, execution, and results for a portfolio of clients, developing data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing HubSpot assets to enhance client engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns
Lead client communications—presenting campaign insights, growth recommendations, and HubSpot best practices
Build and optimize marketing and sales automations
Conduct deep-dive discovery calls with clients on process optimization
Configure deal pipelines, lead scoring, and CRM properties to improve sales and marketing alignment
Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards and campaign reports to measure and communicate ROI
Collaborate with internal specialists (designers, writers, developers) to deliver high-impact campaigns
Test and optimize campaigns based on data and client feedback
Create landing pages within the HubSpot Content Hub
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and/or Content Hubs
Proven success in managing inbound marketing campaigns
Experience in reporting and dashboard creation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies and results to clients
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple clients and priorities
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred
HubSpot certifications preferred (Inbound, Marketing Software, or similar)
