Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies across Iberia to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for Solta Medical products
Manage relationships with key vendors, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and third-party suppliers
Take charge of the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns, from initial concept to go-to-market strategies
Monitor and report on marketing expenses and budget performance to the Marketing Director, ensuring effective use of resources
Support the Event and Congress Manager in planning and coordinating logistics for medical congresses, conferences, and events
Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Digital Agencies, and other teams to create and review marketing assets, including digital and print materials
Oversee the production, distribution, and tracking of marketing tools and product-related assets (e.g., printed materials, promotional items, etc.), ensuring timely delivery to key stakeholders and events
Track product performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or marketing within the medical device, healthcare, or related industries
Strong knowledge of the Iberia Region preferred
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and product launch execution
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Occasional travel may be required
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Strong knowledge of the Iberia Region preferred
Portuguese is an advantage
