Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web, mobile, and enterprise applications
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling)
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance issues
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application performance
Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) during tests and provide detailed reports
Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and automation scripts
Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing
Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in performance engineering

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Minimum 5 years in performance testing and engineering
Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance)
Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, Gatling
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for scripting
Familiarity with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)
Understanding of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and distributed systems
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Gitlab
Experience with AWS
Experience with Kafka
