Observability Engineer

Responsibilities
Drive company-wide adherence to observability standards by promoting a consistent data approach using OTel
Design, deploy and support containerized applications using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Build and maintain automation pipelines to streamline processes and increase reliability (Ansible, Azure DevOps)
Champion GitOps best practices to strengthen our infrastructure delivery and operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with ElasticSearch or HashiCorp Vault with expertise in installation, configuration, support, log analysis and performance tuning
2+ year of experience with Docker or Kubernetes container orchestration tools IaC automation tools
Preferred
Experience with AI / ML in operations (AIOps) a plus
