Responsibilities

Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments

Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service

Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards

Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations

Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years experience in operations or general management

Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus

Experience supervising personnel

Limited overnight travel
