P2P Business Transformation Manager

As a P2P Business Transformation Manager, you will guide clients towards large-scale transformations using automation and technology solutions, while leading and orchestrating technology-enabled transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Proven experience (at least 5-11 years) and strong process knowledge within finance following area: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, T&E
Including extensive experience as part of Transformation/ Continuous Improvement Teams/Roles, not only Operations
Proven experience in one of the following roles: Cross Stream Project Lead / Multi-Tower Solution Lead for 1-5 years
Proven evidence of leading transformation projects across finance and accounting streams, with full e2e accountability for the project deliverables, team, timeline & budget
Proven evidence of leading transformation projects including design & implementation ideally across various industries
Continuous Improvement, Client value and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered. Ability to solve Client challenges with specific solutions proposed and/or delivered, ability to describe pros & cons of a solution(s)
Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate the recommended solution clearly in the form of presentation (experience on solution identification, approach definition, proposal development, negotiations skills, executive presence & managing senior stakeholders)
Experience with Shaping Transformation Stories (including participation in Sales process, RFX, Orals)
Ability to articulate the business case for change / implementation of recommended solution
Experience in leading & facilitating workshops and meetings
Experience in leading roles & positions on project type of work/assignments, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings)
Knowledge and hands on experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle
Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of non-ERP process supporting tools within P2P area of expertise (i.e. Opentext, Ariba, Coupa, Service Now, Zendesk, Readsfot/Kofax, etc.)
Good understanding and deployment experience of Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation capabilities including Gen AI & Agentic
Hands on experience with S4H environment & S4H implementation programs
Very good understanding and experience in GBS/SSC/BPO operating models & industry
Process and technology benchmarking assessment experience
Ability to shape transformation story & sell transformation projects leveraging available offers & products
High level of consulting skills including hypothesis driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection & diagnostics, storytelling & storyboarding
Proven experience in solutioning and process transformation skills with focus on Business Outcomes (not only FTEs reduction)
Experience in process documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) preparation
Experience in process mapping in Visio or Business Optix or Signavio (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness
Demonstrate proactiveness and self-reliant approach to work with limited supervision
Fluent spoken and written English
Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Consultants in the successful development and delivery of the project deliverables
Sell & deliver projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process, and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar
Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey
Interact with the corresponding Client senior stakeholders and collaborate with the Client to complete the assigned deliverables & drive transformation agenda
Keep abreast of technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest technology-related improvements within the given area of expertise
Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertise. Keep abreast of technology, technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest process and technology related improvements within the given area of expertise
Analyze data and information received from Client, utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey
Organize and facilitate client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders
Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in his/her area of expertise. Identify new product opportunities and work towards its design
When requested, actively engage in pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen
