Jansoft Global is seeking a Senior AI / Generative AI Engineer with a strong background in building robust, scalable, and innovative Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered systems in cloud environments while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and scale Generative AI solutions to meet business needs

Build Python-based backend services supporting GenAI applications

Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), multi-agent architectures, and agent-based workflows

Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions

Optimize queries and perform validation testing to ensure AI application performance and reliability

Deploy and maintain AI solutions across cloud platforms

Required

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software development, and designing scalable AI solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered

Strong expertise in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks

Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI, Agentspace, or similar tools

Experience designing multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration

Proven experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams

Innovative mindset with a passion for solving complex problems

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
