Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Define and refine ICPs, buyer personas, and core use cases
Own positioning and value proposition end-to-end
Translate product features into clear buyer outcomes
Ensure messaging is consistent across all GTM touchpoints
Build and maintain core sales assets, including:
Pitch decks
One-pagers
Objection-handling documentation
Competitive positioning materials
Write founder- and sales-led outbound emails
Craft short, plain-text messaging for:
Cold outbound
Follow-ups
Re-engagement
Align email language with:
Pitch decks
Website copy
Sales talk tracks
Help sales test:
Subject lines
Pain framing
Calls to action
Package and refine:
Case studies
Customer quotes
Metrics and outcomes
Ensure proof appears consistently across:
Email
Decks
Website
Sales follow-ups
Bring buyer objections and insights back to product
Help influence roadmap priorities based on real sales conversations
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of B2B SaaS experience
Background in Product Marketing or Revenue Marketing
Experience in a sales-led SaaS environment
Direct experience supporting outbound or sales-led email motions
Has written messaging used by: Founders, Account Executives
Comfortable operating independently without a team
