Responsibilities

Design on-brand assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid social
Create templates for stories, posts, reels covers, and influencer content
Adapt campaign visuals for multiple platforms and formats
Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Design digital ads, email marketing visuals, and landing page graphics
Maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels
Design homepage banners, product page visuals, and promotional tiles
Support UX-friendly layouts that drive engagement and conversion
Optimize visuals for desktop and mobile shopping experiences

Qualification

Required

2–5+ years of graphic design experience (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating social, campaign, and web/e-commerce design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma or similar UI tools
Understanding of digital marketing best practices and conversion-focused design
Strong eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy

Preferred

Beauty, makeup, or skincare industry experience
Motion or short-form video design (After Effects, Premiere, or Canva animation)
Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms
Familiarity with paid social ad formats and A/B testing
