Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
Share Salesforce value proposition for new customers

Required

Deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
Ability to create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
Skill in uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
Ability to build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
Skill in selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
Experience generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
Ability to partner with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise

Preferred

7+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field. SaaS preferred
Experience managing a list of 250+ whitespace accounts
Passion for new logo acquisition with a proven track record of exceeding ACV targets primarily through outbound sourcing in complex, multi-product sales
Experience selling to the C-suite
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
