LuminoCity Festival is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to support their 2026 season. This immersive, hands-on role involves assisting in the production lifecycle of large-scale events, facilitating communication between teams, and managing logistics on-site.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing schedules, tracking expenses, and learning the logistics behind large-scale equipment (forklifts, generators, etc.)

Use your English & Chinese skills to facilitate communication between our production crew and local vendors, drivers, and venue staff

Gain hands-on experience during the 'load-in' and 'load-out' phases, helping resolve real-time challenges in a fast-paced environment

Support warehouse and inventory management for the event and gift shop

Qualification

Required

Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required

Current students or recent graduates in Event Production, Logistics, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields

Willing to work flexible hours (including some weekends/evenings) and comfortable working outdoors

Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem solving

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. OPT can be sponsored
