Sales Intern

Responsibilities
Shadow Account Executives on client calls, meetings, and presentations
Learn how to identify potential client opportunities and assist with research on target accounts
Gain exposure to solution-based selling and our Relationship Lifecycle methodology
Participate in role-playing exercises and mock client presentations
Attend weekly training sessions led by top sales and recruiting leaders
Participate in networking events, team outings, and community service opportunities
Receive coaching and mentorship from both managers and peer mentors
Qualification
Required
Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Competitive and motivated spirit with a desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and positive environment
