Responsibilities
Prepare Label, Master Carton label, and all other materials for pending orders
Coordinate with suppliers on shipments
Help the QC and packing team with quality control on incoming shipments
Prepare outgoing shipments and submit shipment information via EDI, Oracle OTM, or the Client Portal application to avoid chargebacks
Receive finished goods in RightClick inventory system
Communicate with the Customer on the logistics inquiry
Process RTV for Clients and Supplier
Prepare outgoing shipments for return and repair goods to suppliers
Maintain and organize pending outgoing shipments
Office administration tasks and assist Managers with urgent and/or ad hoc projects
Help print packing slips for E-comm orders
Maintain and organize both the Main and Web inventory
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics-related work
Experience in Wholesale inventory software (Rightclick preferred)
BA or similar professional degree or certification preferred
Technical proficiency, including a basic understanding of Excel and the ability to learn new software
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere and comply with high-quality standards
Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing priorities
Excellent record keeping
Time management
Highly motivated and self-directed, requiring little direct supervision
