Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive guest relationships and create a welcoming environment
Experience with Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness initiatives to represent and promote the brand effectively
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and deliver an outstanding experience
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving
High school diploma or equivalent required
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Further education in hospitality or related field is preferred
