Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute web content management projects
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations
Facilitate client reviews and approvals of content and deliverables
Ensure content meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices
Coordinate with designers, developers, and content authors to maintain quality and consistency
Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and change requests
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders

Required

6+ years in web content management and at least 2+ years in project management
Proficiency with Content management systems such as Drupal, Contentstack, AEM or similar

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
