Responsibilities

Lead a team of regional managers and maintenance professionals across over 75 locations
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs that improve reliability and control costs
Oversee facility budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and compliance
Monitor performance metrics and optimize work order processes for speed and efficiency
Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all facilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience
5–10 years of progressive experience leading multi-site facilities operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven success achieving cost savings through preventive maintenance and operational optimization
Strong knowledge of CMMS and facilities management systems, budgeting, and vendor management
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
