Responsibilities

Architect and develop high-quality backend services in Python using FastAPI and Celery

Implement asynchronous task and workflow processing with Celery + Redis

Design and maintain data models in MongoDB

Develop and evolve AI-agent workflow orchestration using LangGraph / LangChain (tool calling, state machines, memory, guardrails)

Containerize services with Docker, deploy and operate in Kubernetes (cloud and hybrid/on-prem)

Build reliable, well-versioned APIs for UI and AI agents (auth, tenancy, rate limiting, observability)

Improve system performance for high-throughput event ingestion and enrichment

Collaborate with product and security SMEs to translate SOC needs into durable backend capabilities

Required

5+ years of backend engineering experience

Strong knowledge of GitFlow and Agile methodologies

Familiarity with observability practices: metrics, tracing, structured logging, debugging distributed systems
