Responsibilities

Onboard and manage client relationships

Provide holistic advice to clients on all aspects of their financial picture including but not limited to: general financial planning, investment management and asset allocation, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash management (budgeting and debt repayment), risk management and insurance needs

Complete various types of analysis including investment analysis, insurance needs analysis, college funding projections, retirement savings projections, etc

Provide free consultations for prospective clients

Coordinate with CPA team to answer complex tax planning questions and complete tax filings not only during tax filing season but year round

Create and update roadmaps for each client

Coordinate with customer success team and operations team to ensure all client questions and issues are handled in a timely manner
