InternHunter Engineering Company is a family-owned, American-made leader in automotive service equipment. They are seeking an HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and coordinating candidate communications.

Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment efforts by posting jobs across multiple platforms, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date
Coordinate candidate communications including interview confirmations, thank-you notes, and status updates to ensure a positive candidate experience
Contribute to university relations and early-career recruitment programs, such as internship or co-op planning, career fair preparation, and networking events
Collaborate with HR team members on special projects, reporting, and data analysis related to hiring trends
Provide general HR administrative support as needed (filing, scheduling, data entry)
Additional projects and duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
Interest in talent acquisition and recruiting best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
