Responsibilities
Manage and grow key operator accounts through consultative, relationship-based sales
Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to support product alignment and growth initiatives
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within cranes, amusements, arcades, and related technologies
Nurture and support route operator relationships, helping customers expand and optimize their businesses
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions across equipment, games, and payment platforms
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and nationwide distribution
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the amusement sector
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales leadership experience in the amusement, arcade, equipment, or related industries
Proven success in establishing, managing, and growing sales relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced sales environment
Passion for helping customers succeed and grow their businesses
Preferred
Background in payments, game card systems, arcades, or amusements
Experience working directly with route operators, distributors, or multi-location operators
Understanding of the operational and financial drivers within amusement businesses
