Payroll Assistant
The Chair Centre Group is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support the processing and accuracy of employee payroll records. The role involves working with HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely and correct payroll processing, as well as maintaining payroll records and responding to employee inquiries.

Responsibilities
Process employee timesheets, work hours, and attendance data
Assist with payroll calculations, adjustments, and compliance checks
Review payroll entries for errors, discrepancies, and missing information
Maintain payroll records, documentation, and employee files
Support payroll reporting for audits, finance teams, and management
Respond to employee payroll-related questions professionally
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll systems/software
High accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of basic payroll principles (wages, deductions, taxes)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Credit Score Requirement: Due to handling wage-related information and financial data, a standard credit score and background check is required before interview scheduling
Preferred
Prior admin or HR support experience is a plus
