Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of decision intelligence systems

Apply advanced LLMs, vector retrieval, and AWS-native AI tools to turn massive and unstructured datasets into reliable, repeatable, high-utility intelligence

Work closely with product teams to understand real customer use cases, normalize and unify data from multiple sources, and design decision-support engines

Help expand model capabilities as the product grows, leveraging tools like AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, serverless AWS components, and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Pydantic-based architectures

Required

Experience developing an AI product at a similar or larger scale

Advanced experience with Python

Experience designing decision-support engines that eliminate hallucinations and maintain cost efficiency

Experience expanding model capabilities as the product grows

Experience leveraging tools like AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, serverless AWS components, and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Pydantic-based architectures

Experience shipping AI-driven features in large-scale SaaS environments

Experience reimagining existing systems using agentic patterns

Experience building decision-support tools that materially improved customer experience or operational efficiency

Experience taking AI from theory to production

Experience navigating the challenges of reliability and model behavior

Experience building systems that deliver real business value
