Responsibilities
You’ll be reviewing documents, and we’ll need your attention to detail.Most commonly Final Documents from mortgage closings
Communicate errors and issues to management, settlement agents and internal departments via phone calls and email in a clear manner
Ability to pull and review individual pipelines via our encompass system
Skills with excel or desire to learn Excel

Ability to work on-site in an office environment and able to lift/transport bins approximately 10-40lbs

Independently able to work on tasks, but also communicate with team leadership when needed
Preferred
College degree or 3 years office experience
Experience with Mortgage documents, specifically Final Title policies and Mortgages/Security Deeds, and/or settlement closing actions
