Marketing & Inside Sales Executive

ChromaGenix is an innovative start-up providing essential chromatography tools used globally to purify advanced biological therapeutics. They are seeking a Marketing & Inside Sales Executive to support core marketing activities and qualification of the early-stage sales pipeline, involving demand generation, lead qualification, and digital marketing execution.

Responsibilities

Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Assist with webinars, conferences, and event preparation
Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and marketing collateral
Create and publish posts on LinkedIn and schedule weekly content
Support the production of brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and slide decks
Track marketing analytics (web, email, social) and support monthly reporting
Maintain asset libraries, CRM segmentation lists, and branding consistency
Conduct basic market research on competitors and customer segments
Review inbound MQLs and perform initial qualification outreach
Respond to new enquiries, route leads, and schedule intro calls
Conduct light discovery to confirm projects, needs, and timelines
Maintain CRM hygiene (lead status, notes, tasks, follow-ups)
Manage the SAL → SQL transition with Business Development
Prepare lead summaries before handoff to senior sales
Maintain weekly pipeline dashboards
Execute outreach cadences (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Support sample request coordination and follow-up

Required

3+ years' experience in marketing, inside sales, sales support, or similar
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
Detail-oriented with strong organisational habits
Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
Basic understanding of email automation or LinkedIn marketing
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience using Canva, Adobe, WordPress, or similar tools
Ability to thrive in a rapid-growth start-up environment

Preferred

Experience in biotech, bioprocessing, or life-sciences tools
Familiarity with Zoho CRM
Prior SDR/inside sales or marketing coordinator experience
