SBU Insurance Account Manager
Infinity Insurance Partners is seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure satisfaction. The role involves managing pre-renewal processes, client communications, and compliance activities to meet client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
Work with CSR on pre-renewal documents for marketed accounts before submitting to Carriers – at 120 days due by 90 Day mark
Send out submissions to carriers and follow up with any requests. Involve Producer as needed
Involve Risk Manager or Producer if possible if there will be a Pre-Inspection or a Need for Risk Control
Respond to clients emails, requests, and needs in a timely manner
Review renewal premiums, limits, rates
Request Proposal creation to CSR
Review and adjust Proposals and Present
Send bind requests to Carrier with bind subjectivities/signed apps, follow up for binders
Renew, Update Epic
Requests and send all Bind Subjectivities/Apps
Instruct CSR/AM to Issue renewal certificates, auto ID cards, deliver binders etc
Involved when needed depending on severity
Assist insured with audits whenever necessary
Enter App, Quotes, Prior Term Policy, and New/Ren Policy etc…
Qualification
Required
Good oral and written communication skills
Property Casualty license minimum 3 Years
College degree or 3 years CSR experience or 3 years P&C
Property Casualty commercial lines
Preferred
Property Casualty commercial lines and bond product knowledge and risk management expertise (3 years)
Agency management system computer skills (preferred in EPIC)
