In this contract role, the engineer will architect and build AI-native solutions that integrate with marketing platforms and enhance marketing experiences at scale.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Build internal tools, APIs, and automations that integrate with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CDPs, Adobe Analytics systems) to streamline marketing workflows
Structure, clean, and map large, sophisticated marketing datasets to support model training, inference, segmentation, and content intelligence
Deploy, optimize, and monitor AI models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring reliability, scalability, observability, and governance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Deliver simple, intuitive UIs that enable marketing users to interact with AI systems, prompts, and insights without technical complexity
Design and develop end-to-end AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases to power personalization, content automation, analytics, and agent-based workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in Python (LLM frameworks, API development, data processing)
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployment (Docker / Kubernetes)
Understanding of vector stores, embeddings, retrieval-based systems, or AI agent frameworks
Experience working with large data sets, API integrations, and data standardization
Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for marketing and non-technical partners
Preferred
Familiarity with React/TypeScript/Next.js is a plus for building lightweight UIs
