Director of Enterprise Sales
Strativ Group is a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company operating in the consumer insights and market research space. They are seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale their enterprise revenue team, focusing on pipeline generation, deal execution, and team management.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5+ Enterprise Account Executives
Own and consistently deliver against a $5M+ annual team quota
Drive enterprise pipeline generation, deal execution, and accurate forecasting
Recruit, onboard, and develop top enterprise sales talent
Build and optimize enterprise sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
Partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to improve win rates and deal velocity
Support and close complex, high-value enterprise opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading teams of 3+ Enterprise Account Executives
Strong track record of success in high-growth, VC-backed SaaS environments
Demonstrated ability to exceed enterprise revenue targets
Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
Background selling market research, consumer insights, data, analytics, or marketing software
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style
Strong coaching, performance management, and hiring capabilities
