Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Design and oversee complex low-code and custom development
Guide integrations, security models, and platform best practices
Support discovery, testing, training, and delivery efforts
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
Qualification
Required
6+ years Salesforce experience; 4+ years in an Architect role
Strong Apex, Flows, Process Builder (5+ years)
CI/CD experience (cumulusCI a plus)
Experience with 2nd Gen Packages
Proven debugging, automation, and integration skills
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Litify
SQL
prior Business Analyst experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
