Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance, for a wide range of product and technology roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
Actively source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using a variety of channels and sourcing methods
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs
Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, controls, and policies
Collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and finance to anticipate workforce needs and align recruiting strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert by participating in client meetings, staying informed of business changes, and managing hiring manager and candidate expectations
Continuously identify and share innovative solutions to improve recruiting efficiency, add value, and streamline processes
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, timely communication and thoughtful feedback at all stages of the process
Educate candidates on career growth opportunities, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the overall value of employment with the firm
Lead compensation discussions with candidates and hiring managers to align expectations and successfully close offers

Required

Proven experience recruiting for product and/or technology roles
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
